And the fabulous Southend Punk has put up a photo gallery of the April Southend Punk Reunion which includes some great shots of The Spurts!

The DVDs are finished. WooHOO!

WaHEY - tunes are up! Sorry for the not-studio quality, but they were recorded mostly with a DV camcorder in the practice room or on a really old cassette recorder.. (which may of recorded The Spurts originally back in 1977..!!) But thanks to modern technology, there's a Jukebox where you can listen to all 6 songs (without having to go to MySpace). Still working on the video editing.. stay tuned. But have a look at the video section now for a sneak preview!

The Spurts' official photographer/videographer/groupie/web person has finally managed to upload some photos of the last weekend. Have a look at the Reunion April 07 page. Video will be up soon, but you have to wait a li'l longer for that. There are more photos (and some of the same) over at ViewFromTheRoof including photos of The Get, The Prey and The Convicted. In fact, there are 77 photos up there - how.. eerie!

The Spurts will be playing their first gig for about 28 years this sunday, April 8, at the Southend Punk Reunion at Bar Lambs. Doors at 8pm. Other bands playing are Hotwired, The Convicted, The Get and The Pray. Stay tuned for pictures from the event soon!
